1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our work (customized digital solutions), we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following guidelines:

a. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • The initial design or development work has not been delivered.
  • You cancel the project before any resource allocation or production begins.
  • You are not satisfied with the service and the concern is valid, clearly documented, and unresolved despite reasonable attempts to fix it.

b. Non-Eligible Scenarios

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The service has been fully delivered.
  • You change your mind after the work has begun.
  • Delay is caused by lack of communication or necessary inputs from your side.
  • Refund is requested after 30 days of purchase.
  • The scope of work was misunderstood but approved via documentation or email.

2. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects with defined milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a milestone is not completed as per the agreed scope, you may request a partial refund or rework, subject to review.

3. Monthly Maintenance or Retainer Plans

  • Monthly or recurring service plans may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services once the billing cycle has started.

4. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees, third-party service fees, or used labor hours may be deducted from the refunded amount.
